The online dispute resolution platform established by the EU Commission for the resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online contracts (OS platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/) will no longer accept new complaints from March 20, 2025, and will be completely discontinued by July 20, 2025.
